Homeowners Concept was founded on research that showed that most sellers want to avoid having to pay a high commission to a broker but most sellers also recognize (and wisely so) that selling their home without any help from a professional is fraught with unknowns and diminishes their chance of selling their home for its highest price. Homeowners Concept brings to the transaction (selling process) all the services that sellers and buyers need for a low flat fee basis not high commissions. Sellers are there to show their home and answer any questions from buyers. Homeowners Concept handles everything else. Since Homeowners Concept's agents handle, on the average, three to four times more transactions than the conventional broker, sellers and buyers receive expert advice at a fraction of the cost.

The owner just has to show their home at THEIR convenience & answer questions relating to their property. We handle everything else. THE SELLER PAYS HOMEOWNERS CONCEPT A SMALL FLAT FEE - NOT A HIGH COMMISSION.
